Worcester to Host Square Dedication for Korean War Veteran Private First Class John D. Kelleher

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester Veterans Services Division is hosting a square dedication ceremony for Private First Class John D. “Jacky” Kelleher on Sunday, Aug. 24.
Kelleher was a Worcester resident and lived at 18 Hartshorn Dr. He fought in the Korean War as a member of the 38th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Battalion, E Company. He was killed in action on Aug. 25, 1950.
