Worcester to Host 2026 Landlord Summit Saturday, Jan. 10

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester is inviting owners of residential rental properties to attend its annual Landlord Summit on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, at the DCU Center.

Rental property owners, and those interested in investing in rental properties, can attend the city’s largest landlord event and spend half a day learning about how the city interacts with rental investments. Topics include:

The event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no cost to attend. 

Attendees this year will have the chance to meet and hear presentations from city officials – including City Manager Eric D. Batista and the heads of various city departments who commonly interact with property owners – along with subject matter experts in various fields.

This event is organized by the City of Worcester Housing Development Division, MassLandlords.net, and the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts.
