Veterans Day Events, Nov. 11, 2024, Municipal Offices Closed

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester Veterans Service Division and Veterans Inc. will host the 71st annual Veterans Day Ceremony and 106th Observance of Armistice Day on Monday, Nov. 11 with events from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Municipal offices will be closed on Monday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day.
Monday’s events include:

  • Pancake Breakfast – 8:30 a.m. | Veterans Inc., 69 Grove St.
  • Veterans Day Parade – 11 a.m. | Starts at Glennie St. & Grove St., proceeds down Grove St. to Salisbury St.
  • Wreath Laying Ceremony – 12:15 p.m. |Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Green Hill Park, 301 Green Hill Parkway
  • Wreath Laying Ceremony – 1:30 p.m. | Korean War Memorial, 52 Foster St.
