WORCESTER, Mass. – Work is under way to convert the segment of Elm Street from Chestnut Street to Main Street to two‑way operation. This work involves revising lane markings, signing, and minor traffic signal modifications.

Please note that Elm Street remains one-way eastbound between Linden Street and Chestnut Street. Work to convert this segment to two-way operation will require more extensive traffic signal modifications and will be scheduled at a later date.
