City of Worcester to Transfer Website to New Content Management System

WORCESTER, Mass. – The City of Worcester Department of Innovation & Technology announced Friday that it is transitioning the municipal website (worcesterma.gov) from its current back-end platform to a new content management system (CMS) on Saturday, March 29.
The transition is an important milestone in reconfiguring and streamlining website operations, and migrating to the new CMS will enable new enhancements in the future. It will also bring the website in full alignment with the municipality’s Style Guide.
The content and architecture of the site will largely be the same, however, users will experience some minor changes to the look and feel of certain features as they are moved to various applications.
