All-Way Stop to be Implemented at the Intersection of Clark Street and St. Nicholas Avenue

The City of Worcester will be installing new stop signs on all approaches of the intersection of Clark Street and St. Nicholas Avenue the week of Sept. 15.
Intersection improvements will include high-visibility LED-lighted stop signs and advance warning signs. The equipment was provided by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation through a grant program aimed at addressing traffic safety or operational deficiencies that could be improved by the implementation of all-way stop control.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and patience as drivers adjust to the new traffic control at this location.
