Due to an expected snowstorm, a Declared Winter Parking Ban for the City of Worcester will go into effect at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 19.
On Sunday, Jan. 19, all municipal parking garages will be free of charge to any vehicle that enters after 5 a.m. until the Declared Winter Parking Ban is lifted.
