Boards & Commissions
The Citizen Advisory Council (CAC) actively recruits nominees for city boards and commissions, accepts all applications, and submits recommendations for appointments to the City Manager.

Collective Bargaining Agreements
Collective Bargaining Agreements are written, legally enforceable contracts between the City of Worcester and its employees represented by an independent union. It defines conditions of employment (wages, working hours and conditions, overtime payments, holidays, vacations, benefits, etc.) and procedures for dispute resolution.
