On June 17th 2022 at about 6:10 AM, Worcester Police, Massachusetts State Police, Worcester HIDTA, DEA and Homeland Security officers executed a federal search warrant at a View St apartment. Officers located the target of the warrant, thirty-five-year-old resident Raul Martinez. Officers located two handguns in the apartment, bags of what appeared to be fentanyl, bags of what appeared to be heroin, a bag of what appeared to be Xanax, and ammunition.
Mr. Martinez was placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in a Class A Substance (Fentanyl), Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine), Possession of a Class E Substance (Xanax), two counts of Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm without an FID Card, Possession of a Firearm with a Defaced Serial Number, Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, and two counts of Improper Storage of a Firearm. He will be arraigned in court.
