On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 the Vice Squad was in possession of a search warrant for 94 Fairfax Road. The named target of the search was Fitzroy Ball. Vice officers observed Mr. Ball exit the residence and enter a Jeep. Officers approached the vehicle and placed Mr. Ball in handcuffs without incident. Additional Vice officers approached the third floor apartment and knocked on the rear door and announced their presence. Officers entered the apartment through the unlocked door.
Inside the apartment, officers located a male who was identified as Albert Galloway.
During the search, officers located two large knotted bags containing cocaine in Mr. Ball’s bedroom. There were also digital scales and items consistent with the distribution of cocaine.
Inside Mr. Galloway’s room officers seized a handgun and a magazine containing ammunition. In addition, officers located a large capacity magazine. Officers also found rounds of ammunition.
Albert Galloway, of 94 Fairfax Road, Worcester was charged with improperly storing a firearm, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID Card, possession of a large capacity feeding device or weapon.
Fitzroy Ball, of 94 Fairfax Road, Worcester was charged with possession of class B substance with intent to distribute.
