On Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at approximately 7:37 PM police responded to 60 Harrison Street for a report of a person with a gun. Upon arrival, officers learned that a male identified as Edward Solivan held two individuals in the apartment building at gunpoint and threatened them. Officers located Mr. Solivan while conducting sweep of the building.
Officers obtained a search warrant for his apartment and found a handgun and ammunition.
Edward Solivan, 43, of 60 Harrison Street, Worcester was charged with improperly storing a firearm, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card.
