On Friday, April 29th at approximately 11:52 PM Worcester police were dispatched to 8 Hammond Street for a report of a gunshot victim. Officers located a 29-year-old male victim in a parking lot. Officers rendered aid to the victim until Worcester EMS arrived. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
Detectives are working to determine the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
There is limited suspect(s) information at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
