PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR II
DIVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH
CITY OF WORCESTER
The City of Worcester seeks applicants for Project Administrator II to serve as liaison between the City of Worcester, regional municipalities, community based organizations, and other partners and funders. The Project Administrator will oversee and work with stakeholders on all aspects of assigned public health projects. Responsibilities include conducting public health policy research and developing plans for action, leading staff and coalitions in the implementation of program goals and objectives, monitoring and ensuring completion of all grant requirements and deliverables, assisting in compiling fiscal reports, guiding and supporting regional municipalities, community based organizations and other partners to ensure that processes and plans meet grant guidelines and engage the community, and collaborating with the Chief of Community Health to support Community Health Improvement Plan. This role requires flexibility to manage program activities outside of normal business hours. This position requires some night and weekend meetings and events.

SALARY RANGE: $61,946.40 - $81,168.98 annually, full-time, exempt, with an excellent benefits package.
