  Note: This agenda will take place in three parts at Mechanics Hall, 321 Main Street. The first portion (Agenda 1) will convene at 5 p.m., prior to the Inaugural Ceremonies. The second portion (Agenda 2) will convene at 5:30 p.m. for the purposes of the Inaugural Ceremonies. The third portion (Agenda 3) will convene at the conclusion of the Inaugural Ceremonies.
