As the result of possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the City Clerk’s Office will work remotely Monday, Dec. 14 and Tuesday, Dec. 15.
All in-person City Clerk appointments will be rescheduled.
In order to ensure the continued operation and fulfillment of vital records requests, the City Clerk’s Office encourages all residents to purchase Dog Licenses as well as Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates online or by mail.
For the online option, visit www.worcesterma.gov and click on the “I Want To” option on the home page.
To order by mail, download a Birth, Death or Marriage Certificate Request Form from the City Clerk Home Page at www.worcesterma.gov/city-clerk, and mail to: City Clerk, 455 Main St., Room 206, Worcester, MA 01608. You may pay by personal checks or money orders, payable to the City of Worcester.

The City of Worcester reminds residents that City Hall remains closed to walk-in visitors and is open for business by appointment only. The use of remote, online options whenever possible is strongly encouraged.
