Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Worcester - Where We Stand, Next Steps and How You Can Help

Event Details
  • Description

Worcester's bold vision, detailed in its 2021 Green Worcester Plan, is to be the most sustainable and climate-resilient mid-sized city in America by 2050. And we're making progress. We've completed one of the first key steps: a greenhouse gas emissions inventory, so we can track emissions reductions from an accurate baseline. The City is hosting a public presentation of the emissions inventory on May 26. Learn what we're doing to reduce emissions and how you can help!

Snacks will be provided. Please bring your own container for water refills. You can also listen and participate remotely by joining online or by phone. Registration is encouraged at https://tinyurl.com/WorcesterGHGevent and includes a link to watch from home.
