FY2019 Open Enrollment

The City of Worcester's annual benefit Open Enrollment for active employees and retirees on conventional plans is April 23, 2018 through May 11, 2018. Applications will be accepted in the Human Resources Office, Room 109, City Hall, during regular office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with extended office hours until 6 p.m. on the following Wednesdays: April 25 (Health Fair), May 2 and May 9. No applications will be accepted after 4:30 p.m. May 11, 2018.

This is the one time each year that active employees and retirees on conventional plans can make any changes to Health, Dental or Vision Insurance. Also, active employees only can make changes to their voluntary products: term life insurance, universal life insurance, short- and/or long-term disability, or medical, dependent care or parking/transportation spending accounts.
