Voting is a constitutional right given to Americans and your vote, every vote, counts! The information below will provide you with all of the information you need for the upcoming election.
Massachusetts passed a law making it easier and safer to vote during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the November 3, 2020 State Election, voters may choose one of these options:
The deadline to request a Vote by Mail ballot has passed. If your Vote by Mail application reached your local election office by 5 p.m. on October 28, your application will be processed and a ballot will be mailed to you.
In order to be counted, your ballot must be postmarked by November 3 and received by your local election official no later than 5 p.m. on November 6.
