On October 18th 2023, at about 3:45 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Belmont St for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. As a result of the call, officers issued a BOLO for a white Nissan Frontier. At about 10:26 AM, an officer from the Neighborhood Response Team was on patrol and recognized the stolen vehicle, which was at Honey Farms on Lincoln St.
The vehicle operator, identified as thirty-seven-year-old Stephen Turner of Plantation St, had two active warrants for his arrest. He was placed under arrest and is additionally charged with Use of a Motor Vehicle without Authority.
