Tobacco Youth Intern
Division of Public Health
The Worcester Division of Public Health is seeking an individual to work in its Tobacco Control Program. The program runs all year. Tobacco control work will focus on reducing youth access to tobacco products by conducting stings. This will include going out with the tobacco inspector and attempting to purchase tobacco products to make sure that the retailers are in compliance with state and local regulations.
Applicant must have strong time management skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential. Knowledge of youth issues and good communications skills is essential.
