    CITY OF WORCESTER PUBLIC NOTICE TO VOTERS in Ward 6 – Precincts 3 & 4: The Board of Election Commissioners have scheduled a Public Hearing for Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. in City Hall, Levi Lincoln Chamber, 455 Main Street to consider a change of polling location for Ward 6 – Precincts 3 & 4. If approved, the change will move the voting locations of 6-3 Worcester Senior Center and 6-4 Quinsigamond Village Community Center, to the Blackstone Heritage Corridor Visitor Center at 3 Paul Clancy Way, Worcester.  All registered voters will be given an opportunity to speak.

    One of two meeting chambers situated in Worcester City Hall, this room is named after Levi Lincoln, Jr. (1782 - 1868) an American lawyer and politician. He served as Governor of Massachusetts from 1825 to 1834 and in the United States Congress from 1834 to 1841. Born in Worcester he was a major civic and philanthropic force, owning and developing land in the city, and serving as its first mayor in 1848.
