On May 9th 2023, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers possessed a search warrant for a Pleasant St apartment. At about 7 PM, officers made entry to the apartment and located multiple bundles of what appeared to be fentanyl, digital scales, and packaging materials. Officers also located multiple bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine. Officers arrested fifty-eight-year-old resident Irving Guzman, who is charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (Fentanyl) with Intent to Distribute (Subsequent Offense) and Possession of a Class B Substance (Cocaine) with Intent to Distribute (Subsequent Offense.)
