On May 25th 2023, Worcester Police officers assigned to the Vice Squad had a search warrant for a West St apartment. At about 4:45 PM, the target of the warrant, thirty-seven-year-old Jayson Isaac, exited the apartment got into his vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle and detained Mr. Isaac near the intersection of Main St and Oread Place.
Officers entered the apartment and found a large amount of what appeared to be cocaine, a smaller amount of what appeared to be fentanyl, and assorted packaging materials. Mr. Isaac was placed under arrest and is charged with Trafficking in Cocaine 18-36 Grams and Possession of a Class A Substance (fentanyl) with Intent to Distribute.
