On September 30th 2023 at about 1:05 AM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to Winthrop St for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers observed a male, identified as twenty-five-year-old Jarret Warner of Derby St, who had been involved in a crash. Officers observed a handgun on the driver’s side floorboard of his vehicle, near the brakes. Mr. Warner does not have a license to carry firearms and was placed under arrest for Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License, Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, and Improper Storage of a Firearm.
