On June 29th 2023 at about 10:03 PM, Worcester Police officers were dispatched to the area of 103 Dorchester for a ShotSpotter activation. Officers arrived and found evidence that shots had been fired, but there was no victim on scene.
At about 10:06 PM, officers were dispatched to the area of 65 Upsala St for another report of gunshots. Upon arrival, officers located a twenty-year-old male gunshot victim. The male was given medical aid and transported to the hospital by ambulance. The incident is under investigation by the Detective Bureau.
