On January 26, 2022 an officer and sergeant assigned to the Neighborhood Response Team were on patrol in the area of King Street and the 800 block of Main Street. At approximately 12:45 PM the sergeant observed a drug transaction take place on Main Street between a group of individuals.
The individuals were stopped by the officer and sergeant. Mr. Morgan Welch, age 34, of Worcester handed over a bag of Fentanyl. He was charged with possession of Class A Substance.
Joseph Milan, age 32, of Worcester showed police where he had dropped a bag of Fentanyl when police approached them. Mr. Milan was charged with Possession of Class a Substance.
Joel Estrada, age 36, of Worcester was in possession of baggies filled with Fentanyl and money. He was charged with distribution of class A substance and second or subsequent offense.
Jared Brown, age 26, of Worcester was charged with distribution of class A substance.
