Due to delays in construction, the unveiling of the WWI Memorial Grove at Green Hill Park has been postponed. Please join City officials for a ceremony at the WWI Memorial in Lincoln Square commemorating the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day immediately following the Veterans Day Parade on Sunday, November 11.
The parade begins at 11 a.m. at the intersection of Lancaster Street and Grove Street and will march along Grove Street to the WWI Memorial in Lincoln Square.
All other Veterans Day events on Sunday, November 11 will take place as scheduled, including the Pancake Breakfast (8 a.m. – 11 a.m., Veterans Inc., 69 Grove Street) and the wreath laying ceremony at the Massachusetts Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Green Hill Park (2 p.m. - 301 Green Hill Parkway).
