All Worcester Public Library locations will close effective 7 p.m. Wednesday night, as the result of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Because of the exposure, 13 library staff are currently in quarantine.
While the affected location will be deep cleaned, all seven libraries are being closed out of an abundance of caution. The locations will return to their regular operating schedule starting Monday, Dec. 21.
Patrons may continue to access library services during this time by visiting www.mywpl.org.
