Overnight on Monday, July 8, MassDOT’s contractor will be closing the Hope Ave. on ramp to I-290 eastbound to allow for catch basin replacement work.
Work hours will be from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning. Traffic looking to access I-290 eastbound from this location will be directed to continue on Hope Ave. and head east on Southbridge Street in order to access I-290 eastbound from Southbridge Street.
Schedule permitting, the repair work may need to be extended into overnight on Tuesday, July 9.
