On November 19th 2021 at about 12:30 PM, Worcester Police Vice Squad officers were conducting surveillance when they observed a Jeep pull into Bell Pond park and stop. A Chevy Malibu pulled up next to the Jeep, and a male exited the Jeep and entered the Chevy. After a short time, the male exited the Chevy and re-entered the Jeep.
