On the morning of April 5th 2022, the Worcester Police Vice Squad engaged in a sting targeting “johns” in the Main South neighborhood. Vice Squad officers and community groups have received many complaints about prostitution and aggressive behavior from “johns” in the area. Undercover officers posed as prostitutes and were solicited by several males. The following men were arrested and are charged with Offering to Pay for Sexual Conduct:
Richard Tongue, seventy-two-years-old of Shrewsbury
Cecilio Sac Pasqual, forty-one-years-old of Clifton St
Nabil Francis, thirty-eight-years-old of Henshaw St
Alex Rivera Rodriguez, thirty-eight-years-old of Standish St
Russell Houle, seventy-one-years-old of Lake Ave N
They will be arraigned in court.
