On June 27th at about 8:30 AM, a gray Chevy Equinox was stolen from the parking lot of CVS at 500 Grafton St. On June 28th at about 9:45 PM, Worcester Police officers were in the area of Piedmont St. An officer ran the gray Chevy Equinox through the CJIS system, and saw that the vehicle had been reported stolen. The officer activated his blue lights and stopped the vehicle.
The vehicle’s operator, Aaron Combs, thirty-eight-years-old of May St, had a revoked driver’s license and no valid reason to possess the motor vehicle. He was placed under arrest and charged with Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Use of a Motor Vehicle without Authority, and Operating with a License Revoked as Habitual Traffic Offender. He will be arraigned in court.
