On April 26th and 27th members of the Vice Squad were conducting a narcotics investigation. During the investigation officers developed probable cause to arrest Mr. Patrick Butts of Worcester and Maritza Gomez of Worcester for conspiracy to violate 94C laws and distribution of a Class A substance (fentanyl).
Officers were granted a search warrant for their residence located at 4 Chalmers Road. As a result of the search officers located: 2 boxes of ammunition, packaging, working digital scale, 1,070 grams of blue 30mg oxycodone pills believed to be fentanyl in multiple bags, 94 grams of varying Adderall pills, 30 8mg suboxone strips, approximately 500 grams of marijuana flower, money counter, and $225,780.00 in cash.
Patrick Butts, 31, of 4 Chalmers Road, Worcester was charged with Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Distribution of Class A Substance x2, Possession to Distribute Class B Substance, Possession of Class D Substance with Intent to Distribute, Trafficking Class B (37-99 grams), Trafficking in more than 200 grams of Heroin, Morphine, Opium, Conspiracy to Violated Controlled Substance Laws.
Maritza Gomez, 27, 2022 of 4 Chalmers Road, Worcester was charged with Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Distribution of Class A Substance, Possession to Distribute Class B Substance, Possession of Class D Substance with Intent to Distribute, Trafficking Class B (37-99 grams), Trafficking in more than 200 grams of Heroin, Morphine, Opium, Conspiracy to Violated Controlled Substance Laws.
