On September 14, 2020 at approximately 6:48 PM Worcester Police were called to the area of Fiske Street for a report of a person with a gun. During the investigation police learned that a suspect, later identified as 19-year old Kristo Nestiano of Worcester, approached two people, brandish a gun and pointed it toward them. Mr. Nestiano then fled the area.
A short time later, officers located Mr. Nestiano in his vehicle. In the backseat of the vehicle, in plain view, a large plastic bag containing a leafy green vegetable-like matter consistent with marijuana (approx. one pound) was located. In the center console of the vehicle, in plain view, a large amount of cash was located. The amount of leafy green vegetable-like matter located was not consistent with personal use. The amount of leafy green vegetable-like matter and the amount of cash was consistent with the distribution of narcotics. Officers also recovered ammunition.
Kristo Nestiano, 19, of 5 Ivanhoe Road, Worcester was charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Possession of Class D with Intent to Distribute.
