The Worcester Public Library is seeking a Community Services Branch Manager (Graduate Librarian, Grade 4). This position is a professional, supervisory position reporting directly to the Community Services Coordinator. This Community Services Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of assigned branches – including the supervision of staff, assisting patrons of all ages, and managing the adult collections at multiple locations. The employee will be a service-oriented professional who delivers gratifying experiences for library customers and connects them to the information they seek. The ideal person in this position will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, possess comprehensive knowledge of both traditional and emerging reference services and practices, and have experience working with diverse populations in an urban community.

SALARY RANGE: $66,642 - $87,367 annually, full-time, with an excellent benefits package.
