Access to the Pearl- Elm Garage entrance on Pearl Street will remain open, but it will only be accessible via Chestnut Street due to the one-way restriction on Pearl Street.
Vehicles exiting the Pearl-Elm Garage on Pearl Street will be restricted to left turn only towards Main Street.
Traffic flow on Elm Street will remain one way westbound (uphill) towards Chestnut Street.
