Picket Memorial Dedication

    City officials will gather on Sunday, June 12, to dedicate a permanent memorial to Josiah Pickett, a Civil War leader and longtime Worcester public servant. Pickett was a member of the 25th Massachusetts Regiment during the Civil War and later served as the city’s postmaster for 20 years.
