In accordance with guidance provided by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the City of Worcester Division of Public Health has lifted a recommendation that all outdoor activities taking place at municipally owned facilities end at dusk.
The Worcester County area has experienced a hard frost and therefore the threat of EEE and West Nile Virus has been significantly diminished.
