Brian Brosnan, PE, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., consultants explained the various options under consideration in the redesign and reconstruction of a section of Harding Street from Winter Street to Kelley Square.
Recommend Accept and Approval of the Harding Street Design Option #2 which shall provide for two-way traffic on Harding Street from Winter Street to Kelley Square with 7 foot sidewalks on each side, 7 foot parking on each side, 5 foot bike lane on each side and 11 foot travel lanes in both directions. | |
