(The Chairperson announced at the start of the meeting that Councilor Lukes had notified him that, to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest, she chose not to sit as a member of the Committee at this meeting because she owns property on a different portion of Harding Street than that being considered in this meeting.)

Brian Brosnan, PE, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., consultants explained the various options under consideration in the redesign and reconstruction of a section of Harding Street from Winter Street to Kelley Square.

Recommend Accept and Approval of the Harding Street Design Option #2 which shall provide for two-way traffic on Harding Street from Winter Street to Kelley Square with 7 foot sidewalks on each side, 7 foot parking on each side, 5 foot bike lane on each side and 11 foot travel lanes in both directions.
