Request City Manager to request the City Solicitor to provide the City Council with an opinion whether or not residents of group homes who register their personal vehicles from the address of the group home in which they temporarily reside qualify to purchase a resident parking sticker under the terms of the existing ordinance if a resident sticker parking zone is installed along any portion of the frontage of the group home property.
