DISCUSSION ITEM

6a.

Regarding an additional median and the addition of bike lanes on Hamilton St.

The Standing Committee of Public Works continued their discussion regarding the installation of additional medians and a bike lane in Hamilton St. from the April 27, 2016 meeting, which included a revised plan from the Department of Public Works and Parks.

Chairperson Councilor Russell at the beginning of the discussion stated that he had no need to recuse himself from the discussion despite owning property on Hamilton St. because the property was outside the area being affected.
