	1.	Request City Manager provide City Council with a report concerning how many of the chronically homeless individuals that the city’s homeless outreach staff work with are from Worcester.
	2.	Request City Manager provide City Council with a report concerning what the Massachusetts Department of Correction and Worcester County Sherriff’s Department are doing to ensure those leaving their facilities are being successful and not ending up homeless.
	3.	Request City Manager provide City Council with an updated report concerning what the city administration is doing to address chronic homelessness.
	4.	Request City Manager provide City Council with a GIS-style map of all the locations where needles are found.
	5.	Request City Manager explore what the city needs to do in order to become a Trauma-Informed City, similar to New Haven, CT.
