Communication of the City Manager transmitting informational communication relative to a draft ordinance modeled around the policy put forth by Central Mass Freedom Coalition regarding human trafficking. # 8.13A CM July 17, 2018

Recommend Approval of the Committee’s Order to request the City Manager consider amending the language of the Proposed Ordinance to require that all city employees attend a minimum two-hour training session within their six months of employment.
