Recommend Approval of the Worcester Policy Summary List (June 3, 2015) as submitted (see attached) with two amendments as follows: amending section 4 (a) to change the 12 month tolling period to a 24 month tolling period and section 7 (c) to add language that nicotine refills are poison, and further, be it Ordered that the City Solicitor be and he is hereby requested to prepare the draft ordinance for City Council review. | |
