Recommend adoption of the attached resolutions to file and accept program funding under the Fiscal Year 2013 (funding year 38) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Affodable Housing Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and the Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) Grant. # 9.4D CM May 08, 2012


On a Roll Call of 2-0, Councilor Tony Economou was recused from participating in the vote on the CDBG recommendation due to a perceived conflict of interest. He then left the Chamber.
