COMMUNICATIONS OF THE CITY MANAGER RELATIVE TO CDBG FUNDING

Request City Council Review, Deliberation, and Approval of Funding Recommendations for the Fiscal Year 2010 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Further, recommend City Council adoption of attached resolutions to file and accept CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOPWA grant funds.
