Memorial Square - Hearing

1a.

Petition of Councilor Frederick C. Rushton on behalf of Stephen Kalinowski request erecting a Memorial Square for Private Richard A. Day, U.S. Army, 110th Division, who was born in Worcester on December 6, 1919 and was killed in action on or about November 14, 1944 during a battle in the Herkin Forest in Germany. Request memorial be located in the vicinity of the YMCA where Mr. Day grew up.
