Director of Planning & Regulatory Services submitted an amendment to Section 5(A)(1) to allow by Special Permit a Auto/Truck body or paint use if the building was built for this purpose and still has retained physical characteristics for this use.

Committee amended the amendment to include the stipulation that the building existed before 1950.
