Councilor Rushton asked to be recused from participating in this hearing. He was recused on a roll call of 2-0 and the left the room. Councilor Petty assumed the Chair. Representing the petitioner was Attorney Robert Longdon, Mr. Carl Foley, Principal of Botany Bay Development and Robert Michaud, Principal of MDM Transportation Consultants of Marlborough, MA were also present.
