Recommending City Council's adoption of the attached Resolutions relative to the Certified Project Application and Site Specific Economic Opportunity Area (EOA) Designation for 184 Main Street Associates, LLC for the Property at 180 Main Street.

The resolution for approving Certified Project Applicatiion was amended to change the name of the developer from 184 Main St. Associates, LLC to 180 Main St. Associates, LLC.

Chairman's Orders

Request City Manager use the responsible employer ordinance as a tool within a Tax Increment Finance Plan as a way to encourage the employment of local tradesmen.

Request City Manager consider including a clawback provision within a Tax Increment Finance Plan which would give the city oversight of a project should a developer violate any portion of the agreement.

Request City Manager consider developing a central electronic bulletin board where developers could post projects.

Request City Manager consider creating an early notification process when developers apply for a Tax Increment Finance Plan.
